Well I am nearing the end of the third day of the south beach diet. Let me tell you its driving me nuts. Apparently I can't have carbs for 2 weeks, then we get reintroduced to wheat carbs after that. Kat is doing her best, she has a problem with veggies but she blends it into a veggie soup and drinks it. So we have been good about it and at least working at RL I have a chance to eat fish to I have fallen in love with tilapia in a bag its so moist and flakey and yummy. The only thing that's weird is that I have gotten to like grapefruit juice. The down side is that now I am almost always hungry and I either snack on chesse(allowed) or I try and drink water. I just never feel full for long, the last things is that I have to go to bathroom alot more often but I think its from detoxing from the lack of carbs. Other than that I think I am going to drop the rest ofthe weight I need. And the gym will help me maintain that.
