Holidays and Other Things...

*I'm currently at work until around noon and then I will be heading home for a few days! I'm very excited about Christmas. My father has a mysterious present he's giving the family tonight. If anything the percentage should be a lot lower when lifting. BMI is a good thing to take a look at. I lost a ton of weight doing total body conditioning classes which combine cardio and lifting.

I know it should... that's why I'm confused. I do tend to gain a few pounds whenever I start lifting more. The only time I lost tons of weight was when I cut out lifting and only did cardio. In my opinion, it's a lot healthier to do cardio and lift.

I also do total body conditioning classes once a week, a straight up lifting class once a week and then running about 4 times a week. I think I'm probably just eating more than I did when I lost tons of weight, but I was also eating a lot less than I should have been at that point.

Dah well.

I think those machines are B.S. The gym uses them to sell personal training sessions.

Wii Fit told me that my BMI is 'normal,' but only by about 2 points, digits, whatever they use as their measurements. i'm practically borderline overweight according to them. thanks, Wii fit!

Oh, I'm overweight according to BMI. Granted, I'm right on the border of normal, but still... seriously????
