Baker Street Tea

To overcome writers’ block I post an entry regarding Baker Street Tea. First: I have no financial interest in tea companies or the folks who act as tea distributors. I prefer tea to coffee because it tends to have less caffeine that results in a generally better day. From the Upton Tea Imports site:

Description:
A bit of Lapsang Souchong is blended with Keemun and Darjeeling, yielding a mildly smoky tea. Perfect for an afternoon uplift. Another special (whole-leaf) blend from our London source of fine teas.
Origin:
   England

To this I add a teaspoon of additional Lapsang Souchong to make the aroma even smokier. It works well for me.

More later,
Doc
