Many things completed, Bose sound systems - Sigh
I have a long list of things that I’ve done on the farm today. Folks who have lived or currently live on a farm will be unimpressed. Folks living in suburbia might find it interesting. I will not bore either group. I will say that it’s not yet noon and I’m ready for a short nap after lunch. That’ll be after I head out for several “to do’s.
I received a very generous gift for Retirement/Father’s Day/Birthday/Anniversary in June - a Bose Sound Touch radio. It does all the things that a clock radio does - time, stations, and alarms. One feature that I thought would be welcome in our setting is the ability to tap into the Internet radio stations - Pandora in particular (long deep sigh). Well it does the Pandora thing but I have to log into my Pandora account with my laptop first before the radio can gain access. It’s not supposed to be that way, but it is. My notes to Bose have gone unanswered (no surprise there). Once the radio gains access, it seems to work as advertised. I would prefer a smoother interface that doesn’t require the additional laptop login to “Kick start” the radio. Perhaps that will happen in another life(time).
