Yes, Nearly Every Muscle IS Sore

I ache all over. I will avoid the "Sore in Places I didn't know I had" because I actually know the name of every painful muscle and joint screaming at me this morning. Three Hundred and Eighty hay bales and 240 bedding bales take a tole. There are 380 more hay bales (First Cut) coming in a half-hour. Body is not happy with this prospect. If I can raise my arms to desk height - I will send pictures and a note after all work is complete and if the pictures make sense.
