Mid-Winter...
So I went. The Car ride sucks. I know offical hate car rides. I am even going to take the train to Chicago for the may event. If I could would I would take the train to work ever day now.
The game was ok. Maybe next year my clan will not hate me. (Love ya Carrie). As long as John and Loopy do not make me hide Samedi as one of my kids. Derek will also need to not set the door on fire. (It was wraith actually, played by the ST).
However, as in all things you learn some things. Here is a list of what I learned at MidWinter 2003.
1. Playing a toreador at big event means having to act impressed with people performing.
2. You can, when playing Toreador, bitch about everyone's outfits and be IC about it.
3. You never ever need to listen to your sercurity personel.
4. John and Derek will get you into trouble. But they will also let you know the Archbishop is there.
5. Never ever have a game with a cash bar.
6. You can never not have enough allies at event games.
7. Shade may not alwoys be Shade.
8. Never keep the pissy man out pass 11.
9. The assimite coord can belly dance.
and the last one...
10. No matter how times you have heard her sing, you are still not ready for it.
Under 14 days...Next year I will get offer the hook ups because I will be looking sexy.
