A man should only learn you've betrayed him when he wakes with your knife in his throat.

After several frustrating days of looking for their arsonist, our adventurers have finally arrived at Kaer Okalid.
Tice continues to show himself as a brutally competent elf and a wonderful source of quotes (as evidenced above)
The initial meetings with the inhabitants went smoothly enough with artisan checks all around.
Pax did a carving of friends meeting for the first time (the manipulative little pipsqueak).
Ezrabar used his juggling skill to paint a Jackson Polluk on the wall.
Jeb nearly brought down the house with a stirring rendition of a folk song.
Perlach's calligraphy was initially mistaken for his handwriting, and he was orginally mistaken for an ork.
They were surprised that he could talk. But no one has commented on this in character yet.

The Kaer seems to be filled with only dwarves so far.
They seem both trusting and friendly.
Obviously they are up to no good.
Tune in next week for another amazing adventure!
