These days, it's like someone or something found every entrance, every passage, every gate and threw them all wide open, channeling all manner of plaguing monstrosities into the unsuspecting worlds accessed. It kind of put things in perspective.
However, that was furthest from the half-dark Keyblade Master's mind. He'd always had the sort of hungrily inquisitive mind that made him voraciously seek out answers and new experiences. Never quite to the point of hedonism, unless you counted his stint with the Darkness and the power it had given him, a heady influence indeed.
Right now, he intended on wresting a few straight answers from the Doctor, particularly given some of the things he's said. Either he's completely insane, a particularly good liar, or--
There's the man now, with that ... 'ship' of his, and oh shit is he leaving? Riku picks up his pace to a loping sprint, closing in on the Doctor ( ... )

"Oh, really? Story time? Why didn't anyone tell me?" He says quite boisterously. He's definately going to draw attention like this, but... he simply continues, "Well, I've got one. This one's a killer, I promise."
Clearing his throat, the Doctor begins to speak up again. "It's about this guy, with a watch... Then you have this writer... I think the guy's name was... Harold? Yeah, that sounds about right."

...So, one day, should Riku randomly approach the Doctor with his fist flying, one can rest assured that he finally managed to discover it in a cinema somewhere.
In the meantime, Riku simply regards him with deadpan confusion.
"Riiiight," is a slow response made with eyes half-lidding. "Very funny."
Without much warning, Riku reaches for the front of the man's coat, intending on tugging it until he bends his ear for low spoken words. "'You humans', ship that bends reality, suspiciously cheerful, smells like he's done a little more than stare into the abyss?" ...He meant to say seems, right? Seems"Sound familiar yet?" He raps knuckles on the side of the TARDIS, giving the Doctor a grin that could've been described as 'winning' if it didn't quite seem so ( ... )

But for now, the Doctor simply shrugs- and is caught by the boy and pulled towards him. Whether or not Riku was too fast, or the Doctor is simply letting this happen? He never says. He listens for a moment before he finally moves to try and stand up straight once the questions have been asked and glances to the police box as Riku knocks on it.
"Discuss, hm?" This time, the man's sounding a bit more serious than his normal tone. "...well, what is there to discuss?" It almost sounds like it's going to be a daft answer of sorts, until he says in a rather level manner. "'you humans' because I'm an alien. 'ship that bends reality' because my technology is higher than yours. Suspiciously cheerful, because I like being cheerful; it's better than the alternative... And smells like- wait. What?" There is a blink there.

He smirks at the Doctor then, fingers dropping away.
"That was easier than I thought--" but no, he's not satisfied. "--Where are you from? You look human enough to me."
Then again, so do certain Nobodies.
"Come on, satisfy my curiosity and I'll satisfy yours." Maybe. ...Depends on the questions, a condition that doubtlessly applies on both sides, whether or not either side mentions this aloud.
