trip to home - part 1
i went home last month and it felt like i didn't really leave...
i attended a wedding, met old friends, saw my family...and basically, just be normal... AND for me what can be more normal than being a FANGIRL!
its hard to tell everything in detail...
the following pictures would tell my story....
DAY 1 (OCTOBER 20)
straight from the airport, i went straight to the wedding of helen and glenn...
the ceremony was very solemn and the reception was very intimate.
they had a "romeo and juliet" theme for their wedding (although the story was quite tragic but it is about true love)...
straight from the wedding, we went to embassy with my F friends...
it was nice seeing them again...we stayed out until 5AM...(which is quite different from here where bars close by midnight....)
DAY 2 (OCTOBER 21)
the next day, just went to church and saw my family and other relatives...
si sungit...(a rare pic for me kasi nakangiti)...
miss saigon ang lola ko...
in the afternoon i met with my ohana sisterZZ...sa walang kamatayang podium...
too bad we were too busy talking to take pictures.
however, i was able to take a picture of this...(fangirl mode)!
DAY 3 (OCTOBER 22)
monday, went to POEA to get it over with...
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! MABUHAY ANG BAGONG BAYANI!
afterwards, i went to cavite to have a my measurements taken...
i will be the maid of honor in allan (med friend) and cathy (co-res and buddy)...FINALLY!
my measurements?....secret...
allan and cathy's clinic in cavite...BIG TIME!
and after we came out from the couturier (na gwapo sana kaya lang bading)...

oishi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that night, i met my med friends...again busy sa chikahan so no picture...
ang sarap maki chismis especially if madaming versions....
DAY 4 (OCTOBER 23)
i brought my mom to see nye...(my friend who is an ophthalmologist)...
she was scheduled to undergo laser surgery for diabetic retinopathy at UST...
no pictures again.... :(
in the evening, i met with parkway friends. it was nice seeing them again are reminisce about our antics when we were kids...
DAY 5 (OCTOBER 24)
my mom had her surgery at UST...
the place looks different but the i saw many familiar faces...
went to "MY DERMA" courtesy of Dr. Maria Rosario Vitug...
afterwards, looked around for a house (*wishing and hoping*)
met my co-residents for dinner (PCMC MULAWIN)...
glad to see them and especially glad that manny is still alive (manny, magparamdam ka kasi!)
O.T. lang...ako na lang pala single sa pic na to...(except cathy but she's engaged and not on "may 8")
DAY 6 (OCTOBER 25)
went again to my mecca...and now with my ohana...
of course, can't help not to be camwhores...
NAIA (with my travel buddies)....
TAIWAN AIRPORT (not the MG airport)
and look what greeted us at the airport...
deadma na sa pagpalit ng dollar at pagkuha ng baggages...camwhoring muna.,...
afterwards, we took the bus to our home for the next few days...
we then had our first taiwan meal...(i think this is the last time we ate rice during this trip...)
we around ximenting area...syempre dapat MG related
and of course shilin market...
if you go to shilin market, you shouldn't miss the chipay...
we went around shilin market and did some shopping...
we couldn't miss this...
on the way back...may photo op pa...
DAY 7 (OCTOBER 26)
as early as 8AM we were already looking at ROSE music store in ximenting....
unfortunately, 11AM pa sya nag open, so we went to our MG tour first...

went back to ximenting to meet may and to rest...
nung kabataan ko (credit: me)...kayang kaya ko na walang pahinga...hehehehe!
anyway, we knew that zz would release his album at around 5PM (according to employees from ROSE)...pero syemrpe we still passed by the place...
panic mode agad cause they released his album earlier.
we got our copies (too bad, there were no free posters)...and i texted other V.I.C. members to get their copies....
now that we have our CD's...we went to taipei 101 while it is still the tallest building...
of course along the way, we did still did some MG tour....(the ever famous new york new york)
when i went there last april, i didn't have a lot of pictures because i was alone...
so camwhoring galore....
and just like before...zz sent me a postcard...
we were supposed to meet mayo and friends but ended up going to zaizai's rehearsal...
grabe....this is the start of "doritos-pringles-softdrinks-bread" combo meal...
we were not able to see him (ako dapat makikita ko sya kaya lang "test of friendship" namin ni johan eh..."
this was the door where he entered and the van he used...
eventhough i didn't see him, it was nice seeing V.I.C friends....it was nice putting faces to their names...
we went home at around 1:30AM...but we know that until all f4 events are finished, we won't have much rest...
DAY 8 (OCTOBER 27) - DAY 9 (OCTOBER 29)
this deserves another LJ entry...the update would be too long if i include it here...
