My dear friend, Cindy Kaye lost her battle against cancer last night about 8:35 pm.
She was just diagnosed last week with lung cancer. And she was taken from us quickly.
Just 3 weeks ago she and I were talking on the phone, dancing rockin' out to a Heart cd that she sent me.
Then she called and said I have a doctors appt on tues. doctor told her that if she didn't feel better by friday then
she was to come back. Well she went in friday and he put her in the hospital. That was two weeks ago. I talked to
her nearly every day. She was getting weaker and weaker. They did a biopsy of her lung and said the cancer was so
bad that they would make her comfortable but there was no much else for them to do.
She slipped into a coma, this past friday night. And she went last night so peacefully with her beloved Mark by
her side, holding her hand.
Cindy was the most kind person on earth and I will greatly miss my friend. She was generous and loving.
She was my baby sis in love.
I will miss her.
