It truly is! It's too bad that all those walking-in-the-rain scenes in movies containing angry or sad people who just don't care anymore about getting their clothes wet aren't more balanced by scenes--a la Gene Kelly--containing sprightly or even pensive souls who just don't care anymore about getting their clothes wet. More walking in the rain would do everyone some good.
