okubyo_kitsune sent me an email today and since my LJ email isn't my personal email, I have no friends on it, so I couldn't forward it on effectively. So, I did this, instead:

125g flour
2 eggs
250ml milk
2 packs of vanilla sugar

Put the flour, eggs and vanilla sugar into a bowl. Mix it while gradually adding the milk until it's smooth (make sure to scrape down the sides!)

Heat the pan and put the butter in it. Using a ladle, pour a small amount of batter on the pan while swirling it to distribute the batter evenly and make a thin crepe. (I totally copied that from a site because it was so prettily said /o\)

Flip the crêpe over! (This is the best part, really)

And when the other side is golden too, you can eat it!

Btw, my favorite filling for crêpes is vanilla icecream with hot chocolate. OM NOM NOM!

I'm pretty sure it's right but I'll ask my mom tomorrow for confirmation :D

When I was a kid I used to make chocolate truffles all the time. You ever ate those?

LOL SORRY. But hey at least we're on the same boat, I totally want some too! Maybe I'll buy some tomorrow and eat them while thinking of you. How does that sound? :D

That sounds like you're trying to kill me. Clearly I'm going to find a recipe for them and make some and just revel in the chocolate mess that my kitchen will become.
