White Dust
Ok so last night was my last class this semester. I had to go to class, turn in our final film and watch the other two films in the class(I love easy classes). They were really good. one group is going to reshoot before they submit it to anything because they had about three days to shoot everything. Anyway after we showed ours everyone was saying what a good job we did and how it was exactly how Indiana had pitched it, all really good things to say. But here's the amazing part--Indy and I were talking to Doug(our professor) and he said that it was the best he's seen in that class! And he wasn't just talking about the three we had just seen, he meant ever! Doug also said that we should submit it to every festival that will take it. He mentioned Houston and Sedona, I doubt we will get that far, but how cool!! So Indy is going to put final touches on it and submit it to a few film festivals and see where we get to. First step is Burns Court and then who knows! Indy is going to give me a copy of it, so we will all have to get together and watch it because I want to know what all my friends think. Disclaimer: this would be rated R if made into a feature film-Drugs, Violence, and Language. Also it's only 9.5 minutes long. "So much emotion in one cup" or film as it relates to this!!
