(Taro is currently trying to find a book he was in the middle of reading, yet lost. He is trying to go backwards, but the mansion does have the irritating habit of changing around when one is not looking. Taro reaches out for a nearby door and peeks in, and what he sees inside intriguies him. A massive chessboard, with massive chesspieces to go with it. A few spaces on the board are empty, and Taro chuckles, amused)
