Mello finds herself in a new room. Oddly enough everything looks slightly smaller. A moment later Mello realizes that she has merely grown bigger. Looking at her grown self, she can only place her age at around 29.
She is also now aware that her clothes are a bit to small on her.

She concedes. Somehow she really doesn't want to admit that she isn't and probably won't be because apparently she dies soon.
