When Near reappears in the mansion, he's in mid-step, and the sudden change of scenery disorients him. He stumbles, but recovers, quickly taking in his surroundings.
"This place again." He sinks down onto the floor and twirls a lock of hair in his fingers, thinking that perhaps L will come along and disapprove of him blocking the way. It can't be helped; he needs to rest. He'll move to a more convenient location once he's recovered. There's blood spatter on his pajamas, but none of it appears to be his.
[ooc: Heeeeey guys~ My muse abandoned me and life got crazy, but he's back now and being demanding again. For those of you who haven't met him, this is Near from the future, taken from the canon one-shot set three years after Kira's defeat. There's been a bit of trouble recently, as you can see.]
