It has been a long while since Ritsuka has been out and about after being back in her world reliving and redoing the circle of her life she finds herself back in the mansion. She enters the kitchen she knows well in search of something simple. The female detective grabs a chocolate mousse cake then sits down at the table wondering who will come in

*Mel has met a couple of female Ls: one from a very strange world, and one from her boyfriend's. She's not immediately sure if she knows this one, but as with all Ls, she gives her a smile.*

Hi. That looks good!

"It is." She looks over to Mello. Pausing for a second she hasn't met this one yet.. for that matter this would be the first Mello she has met. "Good evening Mello. I am Ritsuka."

Ritsuka. *Trying out the unfamiliar alias.* It's nice to meet you. I go by Mel.

Have you been here very long?

"Mel hm.." She pauses to take a bite of her cake. "nice name." "I've been here for a while. I originally came here before my death. Then well you know the rest." Ritsuka makes a face at the memory then returns her attention to Mel.

Thanks. *She grins* I made them quit calling me 'Mello' when I was seven.

*She does know the rest, and nods.* You were sent home, and came back?

"I am not sure how I went back.. I like it here." She trails off. Moving to a different chair Ritsuka opens up another spot to sit down. "So what is or was your world like?"

*Mel gets a chocolate bar from the cupboard and sits down, nodding her thanks.*

I haven't been back in a year or more. It seems to be the standard-issue world, except that I'm a girl. *She pulls a face; as far as she's concerned, boy Mellos are still the weird ones.* The House, Kira.

*She doesn't want to be too nosy about a sad topic, but she's curious.*

So in your world, is the case over? Or... sorry, your part in it?

"In a sense it is over for me." She leaves it at that. Nothing more to be said it is the same tale almost all of the L's sing.

*She gets it.*

But you like it here? I haven't heard many people say that.
