Rue walked down a dark hallway looking down, he was trying not to look at the doors in fear of being tempted and walking into one, he would regret later on. He finally looked up and saw a door that almost seemed to be pulling him to it

::Rain was always nice, but being on a roof top...this brings back difficult memories. Not to mention the Mansion has seen fit to put her in the exact same gothic lolita outfit she had been wearing that day. The only difference being that this time she had a matching black lace gothic parasol.::

He turned and looked at Misa.
"Hm? oh, hello Misa."
He smiled at her.
"That's a very cute outfit your wearing."

::turning towards the noise, she locates B::

Oh, hello Beyond.
::she looks down at her outfit with a bit of a sad smile::
Thank you. Unfortunetly, it doesn't bring back very good memories...

::looking over at the edge of the of the roof, she stares a moment, then quickly makes her way over to B and sits beside him::
I think, it would probably be best if I stayed away from the edges today.

"Mind if I ask about those memories?"
He looked at her curiously.
"If you don't want to tell me that's fine."
He smiled a little.

::staring at him for a moment, a little embaressed she quickly looks away, out into the pouring rain::

Well...to be honest, I tried to commit suicide in this outfit. It's a pretty outfit...I spent all morning getting ready, making sure everything was just right. Then I went up to the roof of my apartment building, planning to throw myself off edge.

"That's unfortunate."
He looked down at the roof and sighed.
"Suicide is the worst way to die."

The thought of suicide brought back images of A's lifeless body floating in the lake near Wammys house. He shivered a little then looked back at Misa.

Hmm...
::she thinks a moment, continuing to stare off into the rain::
I think, perhaps it is the worst way for those who are left behind who cared for the person. It's also rather selfish, but at the same time...when a person gets to that stage, they truely believe there is no better way. It's very hard, being in that state.

"When people die it changes people...mostly for the worst."

He sighed

"People don't seem to think about how horrible it would be without them."

He looked out in the rain.

"I've been in that state before...not fun at all. But the others in Wammys helped me see that I would be missed if I killed myself..."

He smiled a little.

"I'm sure you would be missed as well Misa."

[misamisal]

::turning her face to him, she smiles::
Thank you, Beyond. You would be missed, too.

To be honest, I don't feel that way anymore. My parents had been murdered about a month prior to when I tried this particular one. I'm nly here now because my sister happened to save me just before I fell. I know it's selfish, but I didn't even think how she would feel...I could only focus on how much pain I was in, and there was only one way to make sure it stopped.
But now - I want to live to feel everything. I don't want to turn my back on anything anymore. I want to live through what I'm supposed to so I can be a better person for myself and for those I care about.

Had you ever tried, Beyond? Or, did you find someone to talk to so you didn't try?

"I'm happy your sister saved you Misa."

He looked at her seriously.

"I wanted to do it ,but A kept a eye on me."

He smiled

"She walked in ,one time to me almost stabbing myself, she took the knife away, and hit me in the back of the head...not to mention she threatened if she caught me doing it again she was going to kick my ass."

He looked down.

"Hard to believe half a year later she killed herself."

::gently, she puts a hand on his back, gently patting::
I'm so sorry. It's very hard to lose someone you care about.

...your A was female? There's a female A here.

He jumped a little when he felt Misa's hand on his' back but after a moment he calmed down.

"It's fine...I should have seen it coming."

He sighed

"Yes A was female...her and I went out for a while.Maybe some day I'll meet the female A here, but I'm not sure how I'll react..."

He smiled a little

::she nods, patting his back a few more times before moving her hand back to her parasol::

She's very nice. I believe she's dating one of the Mikami's, though I haven't seen them around in a little while. They're likely keeping to themselves.
But, she seems to have a soft spot for B's, so I'm sure she'd be very happy to meet you.

"I don't think I've met a Mikami yet eather."

He smiled

"I'm happy to hear that.I'll keep an eye out for her."

He put his' thumb to his' lips.

"How old is the female A?"

::she thinks a moment::
Hmm...I'm not sure...maybe early twenties at the most? She may be in her late teens. I would say somewhere between 18 and 23, I suppose.

::she smiles slightly::
It's kind of funny...she feels like a sort of younger sister to me, yet she sort of resembles my older sister.

*L pads over to Misa on bare, wet feet. His hair is plastered to his scalp; his t-shirt, transparent.*

It's a pretty outfit, Misa.

*His voice is soft. He hangs back, not touching her.*
