emo_raito is wandering the mansion in search of commeo - run off somewhere without him yet again, he figures. oh well.

[sigh.] Honestly, it doesn't even matter. The point is the whole thing ended up brutal and pointless and I should have realized that was how it was going to end up from the very start and it was stupid of me. I should have realized that no matter how fed up I was with Mello and how entirely unable I was to reach him, I still shouldn't have resorted to violence - thinking that was the only language that might get through to him - because it never ends well. Typically arrogant to think I might be able to make it work for me. And as for you... [pause, an expression which indicates he's searching for - and failing to find - words.] Well, whatever. Done is done, I guess. [scuffs the floor with his toe, looking vaguely disgusted.]

Yeah, I actually arranged it with him beforehand and everything. It's understandable, it's - just - the same thing so much comes down to. You want to show the other person a little bit of what's in your head, it... no, never mind, I'm not going to ramble right now. [annoyed look!] I've been doing too much of that lately.
