update... finally!
Yay, so I'm finally updating my dumb journal, which I haven't spent any time on recently. Anyway... I got my hair cut last night... she cut it the same as always, only spikey-er up on the top and she cut me some cute bangs... I fauxhawked it today, and got a bunch of mixed reactions. Bleh I had some people make fun of it... others liked it... I don't know... I think I'm wearing it normal tomorrow, just so I won't have to hear crap from people again. Anyway, first period was still boring, but I guess that's normal by now. We listened to presentations and took notes and had socratic seminar and all that fun stuff... Second period always seems to take forever to go by. We took a quiz on transcendentalism, which I def. failed. Bleh. Third period was math, and we just played review games the whole time. I got candy for sitting there and not being obnoxious like the other 90% of the class. I wasn't even doing the work either. I was just sitting there coloring on the dry erase board. When Nick thought I wasn't watching him, he made fun of my hair to Seth. Good thing I don't care what pot-heads think about my hair... Actually I don't know if Seth's a pot-head, but anyway. Lunch was fun fun. Evan had me cracking up like always. Haha he had combos and Brittany was like what's in a combo and Evan just thought that was the funniest thing... We would just say that phrase and he would start cracking up. One time we didn't even say anything and he just started laughing. I was like Evan did you think about it, and he's like haha yeah. Goodness. He's a silly boy. Oh and then we were talking about how he has no muscles. They're only defined because he has like no fat on his body at all. He's so skinny. But anyway. Fourth period was alright. Joe was like Emily what the heck did you do to your hair? I was like shut up Joe. Ahh and he totally messed up my hair. Him and Graham both did. And I think Cristian messed with my hair too. Ahh. I ended up helping Graham the whole time in Comm Tech, even though I had no clue what I was doing. I wasn't that big of a help lol. Hmm... then... lemme think... we played some game and of course I didn't win, because I never win those games. Woody FINALLY asked Brittany out. I was gonna shoot him if he didn't ask her out soon. They're real cute together. Okay well I guess I should tell about the past few days... Monday I was sick so I stayed home from school. Either Monday or Tuesday Kaylan made me talk to him about why I don't like him. Bleh. He was all like oh well I really like you and blah blah blah. I kept telling him he could find somebody better, but he's like I don't care what you or anybody else says I'm not ready to move on and change my feelings towards you and blah blah blah, whatever else he said. So I don't know :0/... Haha sorry Laura, I just had to use your face... Umm then dance yesterday was fun. I'm started to get the tap dance better. Sunday I didn't do much. Saturday was Homecoming and that was just a horrible experience. I think my date was high the whole night. He kept leaving me. I saw him maybe five minutes the whole time we were there. Bleh. He started off the night real nice. He came to the door and he looked real nice. He was like hi and introduced himself to my mom. He gave me this really pretty corsage too. It was like two roses and a sprig of baby's breath. I really liked it. Haha plus it smelled good. Ahh he kept smelling my corsage too. Lol anyway then we got in the car and Bethany was already in there and we had to go pick up Colin... So we picked up him and went to eat at dinner and had a fun time and then we got to the dance and we waited in line to get in for like forty-five minutes. That wasn't fun. Then we had to wait because they wouldn't let Bethany in because Colin lost her ticket. So we didn't even get in the dance until an hour and like fifteen minutes after it started. Then Tom and Danny started dancing. That was weird, but hey, whatever floats your boat. Then I made Tom hold my hand going down the steps because I was sure I was gonna fall on my face if he didn't. So we got down there and he kept leaving me. He would like leave and then come back and hug me and hold my hand and he'd be like sorry I had to leave. He'd stand there for a minute, and then he'd leave again. Ugh. So I ended up dancing with Matt, Ty, Danny, and Andy. I didn't even dance with Tom. It just pissed me off so much that I like ended up freaking breaking down crying at the end. It was pretty bad. Then it was over and I went out and Tom saw me and he was like sorry but they wouldn't let me back in. That made me more pissed off because he thought I was only upest because he wasn't there for the last song. Oh but on my way out Joe saw me and he was like Emily what's wrong and I just couldn't tell him because I woulda broke down crying, but he kept trying to get me to tell him and I kept shaking my head, so after like a couple minutes of that he was like I hope you feel better Emily. I thought that was nice of him. Then we waited for my dad to take me and Colin home. We dropped him off and my dad asked if I had a nice time and I said it was okay, then he's like you didn't have fun? and I was like not really. So then I got home and I ran in my room and threw off my shoes and threw that dumb corsage on the floor. I was gonna throw it away, but it was too pretty. So now it's hanging on my bulletin board to remind me of what not to do for Winter Formal lol. Plus it's really pretty and I couldn't bring myself to throw it away. Oh well. And now I think you're pretty much caught up on everything...
