My room, my bathroom, and my office, are fucking filthy.
I really am in the mood for some deep cleaning, however I have to much fucking schoolwork to do that. I really wish I knew how to focus on one thing, instead of having my head swarm with a thousand ideas all at once.

I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder, okay whatever.
But now they want to put me on Lithium. That shit just sounds scary. Needless to say I do not want to take it.

However I know that there has to be a more natural approach to this thing other then some strong ass meds that are going to have me all numb and shaky all the time.
