FANART (FFVII): Tseng

It's been so long since I've posted and entry that I've pretty much forgotten how I used to format it. Oh well. This is just a portrait of Tseng that I revamped from an old work I did early last year as a gift for a friend. I did three different versions and decided to post all three on my DA account because I had fun doing them and thought each one had their own merits.
