SCIENCE CENTER!
today was my first trip to the science center, and it fucking kicked ass!!
we saw "Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure 3D" at IMAX, and all the little kids would scream when big toothy fish would come at them.
we also saw a show about the moon in the planetarium. SWEET. the moon is lumpy.
in addition to other excellent things, like mini tornadoes, making our own dinosaurs, and ASTRONAUT ICE CREAM. plus a sweet child-sized glow-in-the-dark solar system sweatshirt.
followed by catching the last hour and a half of "Forbidden Kingdom," the Jackie Chan/Jet Li movie. beautiful fight scenes, horrible wigs, corny conversation, basically Kung-Fu Wizard of Oz. excellent.
yeeees. it was a good wednesday.
