I think everyone I saw last week for my birthday shenanigans already knows, but...
I got a promotion!
My new title is Operations Representative. I am leaving the Department of Education contract and moving to the Medicare contract.
Yes, more money. :)

My new schedule will be Wednesday-Saturday, 1pm to Midnight. YAY for 4-10s! I will have Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off. Kind of sucks losing a weekend day but I have wanted 4-10s FOREVER and when I get off I can make it to wherever D (or the afterparty ;) is.
I am not sure what exactly I will be doing yet bc there are multiple people in that position and they all do something different. As the newbie I am sure they will be dumping all the things they hate doing on me. LOL
I have mixed emotions currently bc it is hard to leave my team and coworkers. Also sucks giving up my trip to the Bay Area every May. And most of all it is going to be weird to not be the "go to" person for so many things and so many people. I like feeling important and needed. Being the new girl is not going to be fun. I am sure all of that will go away once I am over there and able to establish myself though.
I have been with my company for 7 years, 5 of them as a supervisor. It is definitely time for a change...
