Just some general guidelines, which I will now post in my lj ...
From a conversation tonight ...
a) No more Spencer's or Ex Spencer's Staff (no offence) ...
b) NO Wal-mart or Ex Wal-mart staff (no offence) ...
c) No more men, unless they know A LOT about hats ...
d) No more staff who know NOTHING about sports or hats or glasses ...
I need COMPETENT STAFF who have GOOD work ethics
Also, NO MORE FRIENDS
This above statement was after a friend/ex co-worker asked me to hire her if I ever needed anyone ...
I was really planning on updating a bit more tonight, but seeing as it's 3:13am, I think i should go to bed as I want to get up early tomorrow cause I have a shitload of things to do ...
I'm thinking seriously about getting a part time job, like just a couple nights a week/weekend as a server, like my days off work, so I can have some extra cash, it would do nothing but allow me to save up for something nice like a trip away or something, I have never really been anywhere for me ... I'd love to just get away to an island, if even for a weekend or something ... it's nice to dream, i think I need to put somemore serious thought into this, but first I need to clean this shithole, I'm pissed at myself for letting it get so fuckin bad ... blah to me ... I'm going to bring the monitor downstairs tonight, so it is outta the way for the morning ... I hope tomorrow goes smoothly, I know my mom will be disappointed if it doesn't ... ok 3:19am ... sleep time ...
