Unusual Markings/Colorations: "fairly pale skin"? (It's a story of few words, the fact the Suethor felt the need to specify this seems worthy of consideration as out of the ordinary...)
Special Possessions (if any): "She could see the name and day a person would die, just by looking at their face." So she has shinigami eyes, though the phrase isn't used and it's not explained how she came to have them. An older brother who isn't "anywhere near as mature as she was" because he talks on the phone and says "No damn it!" to a friend. Intelligence that she has no idea how she got.
Annoying Origin: presumably Japan
Annoying Connections To Canon Characters: spawned by Light and Misa, but adopted by Matsuda and Sayu, who in this are married, and from the look of it, the Sue does not know she was adopted.
Annoying Special Abilities: all kinds of chronological skewering powers. According to this story, Matsuda and Sayu have been married a year. Yet they have a son two years older than the Sue. Who is somehow twelve even though it's only been ten years after the Kira case and there's no mention that she was born during it and merely not noticed.

She was lounging back in her chair watching the T.V. she saw a strange man outside looking up at the her house. She blushed and ducked out of sight. It had been a quick glance so she didn't see what his name was, but she didn't really care. No one had ever stood outside their house and stared like that. On a second glance it appeared he was holding on to a piece of paper. Possibly with an address, which would mean he would be looking for a house number. She opened her window,
"Hey there, are you lost?" He stared up at her. His pale white eyes seemed to penetrate right through her. She gave an involuntary shiver.
"Yes I suppose I am. I'm looking for the house of Touta Matsuda, could you direct me there?"
"You don't have to go any farther, this is it." The man smiled.
"May I come in?"
"Who are you?"
"I'm with the police force."
"Oh, in that case. Dad did say he was expecting company." Chika ran down stairs and flew open the door. The man was already there. "Come on in. I'm Chika Yagami." She was startled, he was dressed all in white, with white hair, and had really pale skin. And just then she noticed his name, it was...
"Pleased to meet, you my name is Near."
