Matsuda looked up as L made a low noise, something like a sigh, as they stared down at the roof below their feet. Matsuda blinked quite a few times before fianlly asking,"What are you doing out here Ryuuzaki?...Just..relaxing..?",he resisted the urge to tilt his head or rub the back of his head. To his suprise they answered calmly,"Listening to the bells..." making Matsuda just a little more curious as to what they were thinking about.

He strained to hear it too, putting a hand to his ear and looking all along the skyline, tring to hear anything resembling bells. Unless eating cake 24/7 somehow gave you extra-sensitive hearing, he didnt think there were any bells around here...

After standing there for almost two whole mintes straight, in silence, and a hand to his ear, he heard another sound behind him. L had a hand to his forhead, staring at him with a indistinguishable expression. "...hmm?",Matsuda turned back around and asked them. "...Quit doing whatever everyone wants you to do." he said. "Its the only thing that irks me about you at all."

Matsuda widened his eyes,"oh- uhm-.." he started, but L just made a frusterated noise, that was covered up by another sigh,"Or- just keep doing it if you want." they leaned forwards, and Matsuda jumped a little as they layed a hand on his shoulder and pulled him forwards, brushing their lips together slowly at first. Matsuda gasped, and in response, opened his mouth a little. Wether or not it was just in suprise, or because he wanted to actually deepen the kiss was unsure, but either way, their kiss increased slowly. Matsuda had wound his arm up and ran his fingers through their spiky black hair, making a small noise before he stopped and looked at L's face, trying to decipher if they were doing something like a test, or if he had actually meat to do that. Really, he didnt care. He had always played little scenarios in his head of how it would be like with him, but he never thought any of them would happen. As he said before, he had never pictured Ryuuzaki as a romantic person...

L then almost roughly grabbed Matsuda's tie, pulling him against him once again before Matsuda could say anything. His lips covered his as they stood there in the rain, and before matsuda knew it, L's breathes had become more hurried and he slowly started to grind against the younger cop. "ughh~....",Matsuda accidentally moaned, gripping his shoulders in a small wave of heat. "r-ryuuzaki.." they said breathessly as their face reddened immensly.
