Soft and pliable when immediately removed from the oven. Crisp and crunchy after they cool. Packed with tender morsels...yum!
Best Chip Cookies Ever!!!
Preheat the oven to 325
Mix:
1 cup coconut sugar
¼ cup agave nectar
6 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sift:
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir in ½ cup carob or chocolate chips, or chopped nuts or chopped dried fruit. Form tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on a cookie sheet leaving as much space between them as possible. Put the cookie sheet in the upper third of the oven, bake until golden, let the cookies cool on the sheet and then eat.
