Baby!
So I realized I told all my family, then all my close friends, then my boss, co-workers and students, and even posted on facebook, but I have yet to post on Livejournal that:
I'm pregnant!
I'm now 22 weeks along and I had another check-up today. The baby (a girl - could you guess from the colors?) is doing great. Her heart rate is at 144, which is perfect. Oh, and in case you were wondering, she's due July 8.
I've been going nuts trying to figure out all the stuff for the baby registry. Doing the registry for when we got married and choosing china was hard enough, but I had some idea about dishes, etc. Baby stuff is totally new to me, so I've got to do all sorts of research before I know what to get. I also take my Mom's advice and I'll be asking Greg's mom (she's on a trip right now), but it's still hard! And yet so fun! So now I have babies on the brain and I can't concentrate on anything else. I try to read books, but all I have been able to manage to actually read are baby books and books related to babies. (However, I'm making a decent dent in Watchmen. I think it's all the pictures. Yay graphic novels!)
Anyway, that's what's up right now. Still working and will continue working until the end of May. Then Greg and I are planning to take a week-long Babymoon, which we are totally excited for! ^_^
