The Foo Fighters

I took a little trip to Duluth, GA yesterday and got my Foo cherry properly popped and I gotta say, it feels pretty good.  Don't worry, Dave was gentle....  Kinda.

It was the first show on this tour with Weezer.  I had seen Weezer before but last night they blew!  I actually took my Weezer shirt back (of which I have two already) and traded it for

The Foo Fighters are awesome. I saw them in 97 or something. I wasn't expecting it to be good, but they rocked VU. I'd love to see them again. It gets me down to watch Weezer suck lately. They used to be so great.

Ahhhh, I love the Foos. I saw them once in Vegas (at the Joint!!) and once at Universal Amphitheatre (venue in LA with fantastic sound). Dave is always great.

Everlong, IMO, is one of the best rock songs ever written.

I realize to hardcore Nirvana fans, this is blasphemy, but I still insist that perhaps Kurt's demise was meant to be... for without it, we'd never have had the Foos.

You don't have to run from me, Sunshine! I like the Foo much more than I ever did Nirvana, but I respect what they brought to music, mostly that Dave came with the package!
And, you know, all that grunge stuff!
