Howdy!
Just a brief intro for a new character- this is Vergil, one of the NPCs from Halo 3 ODST. He's a friendly sort of fellow as his species goes, which is to say he's willing to attempt communication with creatures who aren't Prophets, but unless the entity he's speaking to knows Huragok sign language or has a direct computer interface he can access, it's going to be difficult. For purposes of avoiding spoilers he'll be coming in from before the events of the video game, at least until November 22nd.
