We're going to do something a little unusual. Most of you know the history of Dear Multiverse, and how much we want transparency and for you to understand the decisions the moderators make.
There's someone here who has characters that have regularly been just under the warning line, but have become notably problematic. As a result, we now have to make a new rule.Rule 18: THE NOXIOUS INFLUENCE RULE
When the moderators have received reports of someone, over a period of time, acting in a way that apparently evades in a manner that the mods deem unacceptable the spirit of the rules while cleaving to the words of them, action may be taken. That action will be banning. This action willnot be taken without a unanimous vote of the moderators.
With this rule in place, I regret to inform the people of dear_multiverse that mr_v_and_mr_c, AKA barberdemon AKA its_teahtimeh has fallen under the new rule, and is now being banned from dear_multiverse.
We're very sorry this had to happen, but one earns one spot in Hell.
