Hello once again you lovely people! This is Jason Bell. Yet another one of my mad creations.
Another character created from the depths of my mind. He's a Heroes OC who I plan on playing soon. Probably not today though. As his user name suggests he is a speedster. He's also kind of addicted to energy drinks and is still figuring out his powers.
