Instead of creating yet another HP pup, I thought I'd go ahead and make my own magically inclined OC. There is more extensive information on her in this account but I will give you the basic gist.
Sally is an entrepreneur witch, thanks to the Internet, about to embark on her travels around the world. Her world is not of the bling bling magic variety --think more Chocolat/The Lollipop Shoes with darker elements of something out of a Neil Gaiman novel. I'm really in the process of exploring it more myself but for the most part, she'll be in the Nexus and concerned with there (also because I forgot to save the little bit I wrote on where she comes from ._.)
