The Terminal Reality people set up a publicity promotion for the new Ghostbusters game being released in Fall of 2008. So, they arranged for ECTO-1 (the car) and a giant inflatable Stay Puft Marshmallow Man to be in front of their building.
Nerd fun fact: For those that are curious, YES that is the ORIGINAL ECTO-1 used in the movie. Of course it was fixed up a bit, but it's still the original. Awesome, yes?
