Im a lead in this show and it's a very funny show. I hope a lot of you can make it out to see it :D

Three love stories, a murder mystery, and a nuclear espionage plot converge in this noir comedy, written by Michael Hollinger, about marriage and other explosive devices. Its 1952: America is on the verge of the H-bomb, Dwight Eisenhower's on the campaign trail, and I Love Lucy's on Monday nights. Meanwhile, Senator Joe McCarthy's daughter just got engaged to a Soviet spy and Boston detective Maggie Pelletier has to find out who dumped the body in the harbor, or else lose out on a honeymoon in Havana. Red Herring is a sharp-eyed look at love and tying (and untying and retying) the knot.

An ensemble of SCC actors, directed by SCC Theatre Professor Paul Luby, bring this drama to the stage.

Red Herring runs April 13-22. Thursday, Friday and Saturday shows begin at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees begin at 2 p.m. Ticket prices are $6 for the general public, $5 for seniors (55+) or students of other schools and free to SCC faculty, staff and currently enrolled SCC students.

While not required, reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 407.708.2040.
