I went to "An Evening With Neil Gaiman" Wednesday night. :DD He is definitely one of my favorite writers, and it was so much fun to see him in person! Oooh, lucky you! He seems such an interesting person. Loved the story with the thunderstorm doing the background music. :D:D:D

Those pics are fantastic! I've toyed with the idea to draw an illustration, too, but in the end I just read the stories. Kudos to you for drawing three! of them. *claps*

He's one of my favorite writers, and he was so funny and charming in person. Hee - yeah - that thunderstorm was brilliant. :D

Thank you so much, dear!! ^.^ I had a lot of fun drawing these and loved participating in the whole thing - seeing everyone else's illustrations go up on the website. It was great that so many people did art!

I love the polar bears! I'm assuming the words on them are from the story?

Oh, how exciting for you, and wonderful to see your art! I particularly like the one with the man playing what looks like strip poker with the ducks! LOL! The concept really made me laugh, but also, they are very fine ducks indeed.

It was enormously fun to see him in person! :D And LOL - yes - that poker with the ducks story just cracked me up so, I had to draw it. Thank you! I think it took me longer to draw the ducks than anything else in the whole piece - they have so much detail! ^.^
