I really need to hammer this word into the heads of some of my coworkers. It should also be a requirement that anyone we hire who deals with the cataloging of policies and procedures be able to define it from memory, and demonstrate a command of the underlying concepts. This would avoid the "just throw everything in a drawer (or on a web page) and we'll figure out how to organize it later" syndrome...
