Pimpity Pimp and Chat Snippet
I had a look at caladan_dd's character sketches, and they're quite good. I encourage everyone to go have a look at them.
There a couple of challenges that really need to be pimped. The first is iulia-linnea's Drabble to Fic Fest. I think that it could be good fun to see a short drabble fleshed out into a whole fic.
The second is a fest that I don't plan to participate in, but might consider watching. I was having a look through some of the pairings while talking to Belle via Yahoo! Web Messenger. Well, my mom chose that moment to walk up behind me. I typed in a relieved message to Belle saying that I was glad that I wasn't looking at anything incriminating. 20-years-old or not, my mom a BIG honkin' prude about things.

Me: I like some of these pairings. I might have steal them for a non-porn story.
Me: My mom just walked up behind me. I am SO glad that I wasn't looking at anything incriminating, as I have the tendency to do. : D
Belle: *laughs*
Me: I clicked the window, and then she did (see something incriminating). I spoke too soon.
Me: That'll teach me to look at things titled "Porn Battle."
Belle: *howls with laughter*
Me: I tried to explain to her, surrounded by people as we were, that I don't write porn, but that I liked the pairing someone suggested.
Belle: XD
Me: You should have seen the look she gave me.
Belle: *dies laughing*
Belle: Moms can be sooooooooooo funny sometimes. ^_^
Me: I need to save this as an entry.
Belle: *grins*
This boys and girls is why you should not look at things titled "Porn Battle" in public. Thank GOD that she didn't walk up behind me while I was viewing lovely smutty artwork, which I also have the tendency to do. Guh!
