Assignment Mail-Outs Notice
We originally set the date for the mail-outs to start today, on the 28th, but in order to match up everyone as best as possible for (hopefully) an easier and more enjoyable creation period for all, the matching will need to be extended a day or two. We aim to have the mail-outs done by the 31st regardless, but it may not be possible given the number of participants (120) versus the number of mods (3).
What this means for you is that, should we go over a day with the mail-outs, say finish on the 1st of February, then an extra day will be added to the creation period deadline, so that you do not lose a day of creating because we felt we needed that extra day. If we go over by two days, then two days will be added to extend the deadline.
We hope that you, as excited as you may be to get your assignment and start creating, realise that this is for the best for everyone as it leaves less of a chance of some of you being unhappy with your given assignment.
