I'm not big into tarot, so I can't comment on the accuracy of anything, but it certainly seemed like all of the cards you picked fit the characters very well. I think the struggle you drew between Draco and the portraits was very true to character. And I loved the interaction between Hermione and him in the final scene (brief though it might have been). Definitely feels like the beginning of something for both. I enjoyed this muchly :-)

Sorry for not replying to comments earlier, I was so busy with fests this winter, and then I really just forgot T_T

I'm really glad you read and enjoyed, though!

No worries for the long review, since I took even longer to reply, LOL. Oh dear T_T

I'm really glad you liked it so much! I was afraid it might not roll so well, since - well, it's my first real gen fic XD I'm really glad you liked it, I spent a lot of time researching and angonising over details, so I feel like it paid off :)

Wow, that was such a cool theme for the Costume Ball. It was very interesting and they all seemed to fit with the characters :)
I really liked Blaise's costume. Very Slytherin of him indeed!

But of course, Draco's was just my favorite. It's absolutely fitting.

Thank you, I spent a lot of time figuring out who the cards were - some were obvious, some - not so much XD

Wow, that was very cool! I loved the way you did that and how well you matched the cards with the characters you used. And it's funny -- you wrote something in part about portraits, and before I started reading this, I was thinking about portraits myself and how Draco might face Snape's or Dumbledore's. Awesome.

Just one thing: poor Fred wouldn't be able to attend this party. Is this supposed to be AU? I know, I know. Sorry!

I made it AU because I really hated having one twin killed like that. I'm a twin in real life, so it's just too much sympathetic pain? XD

I do like the use of portraits, though, a way of looking at death in a new way, in a sense. Thank you for reading!
