life update
have one set of roommates leaving-my friend with the 2 kids. she is excited so am i because i really think this move will be good for her. now to get rid of the other 2. then my gentleman wants to move in and help me get my house fixed up so that i can sell it. however in todays market will not get nowhere near what it is worth. but i would really like to get what i owe on it and enough to possibly make a down payment on a smaller friendlier house to me. i love my house it is just to big for just me which is what got me into the position in the first place.
my gentleman i am getting frustrated with but for way different reasons. he and i both want more but different angles all the way. but am so far happy with him it has been almost a year since we started hanging out together but the official couple date and 8-12
