rant and rage
mortgage companies need to revamp how they do things. my mortgage company has screwed everywhich way they can and now are telling me it is my fault.
attempted for 5 months to get them to help me my just moving either one payment or allowing me to pay extra for a while.
they told me they couldnt even review my account unless i was at least 2 months overdue.
so i asked them you are telling me i have to miss 2 payments before you can help me and they said yes. not only did i believe them but stupid me actually did it and not only didnt they help me by saying i make to much money ( why they couldnt tell me this 1st i dont know) but then they have the nerve to tell me it was my fault for doing it.
they say they did not advise me to miss any payments they just told me what has to happen b4 they can. now isnt that double talk or what.
and to top it off i lost over 125 points to my credit score.
then i not only make the two missed payments but also make an additional 200 dollars towards this month and advise them i will make the difference up at my next payment with the late fee and then they tell me that oh they cant do that i have to make the full payment and that 200 will just go towards extra principle.
why the physical people i talked to couldnt tell me any of this i dont know.
