The death of DMD2K....
DMD2K is no more....and will never be again.
Relax y'all...Dan is fine...and there will be dmd2k still...but the music made by Dan and no others without words and mostly without real instruments will be released under the shorter more appropriate name of DMD instead of DMD2K. It came to me while workin' on my levels and stuff...that the name just ain't cool anymore. the 2K had to go..plus I started makin' the new DMD logo...
Too many things have a 2K tacked on to 'em now...I don't wanna be one. I'm not changin' my LJ name just 'cause it'll be too much of a hassle...
...and as far as music goes,like I said,anything written without outsider collaboration and without words and mostly without real instruments is DMD music. the stuff that has words,guitar parts I can't program into the 202 and may involve other people has to be called somethin' else. There's some stuff that was going to be on the upcoming DMD CD but was cut due to crappy lyrics or havin' a guitar part I can't put on the 202 or for that matter a guitar part period since I don't have one now... I'm going to save that stuff for when I get to play with real people again...and reacquire my equipment...
