Last night, i was wandering around berkeley fulfilling my social calls, and i was in the area of clark kerr. Since the sky was really clear, i went up to the track to go star gazing. The view was breathtaking, it was so dark, that you couldn't see anything except the stars. There was a slight breeze, and it was nice and cool, and that added to the great experience. I don't know how long i stared up, into space, but it was so beautiful, no light pollution or sound pollution for that matter. It was just me and nature head on. *sigh* i wished i could just lay there on the field longer...the rustling of the trees, the natural ambient sounds...
I actually have a "perfect" place in mind. A bright sunny day, but its not hot, its mild, and slightly cool of the breeze. There will be rolling meadows with tall grass listing in the wind, blow every which way. There will be a perfect tree. The sky would be bright blue, and there would be rolling clouds floating really fast across the sky. The air quality will be nice, and i'll be there, out on a mat, having a picnic =)
