What about those memos?
You can agree or disagree with the positions that Kerry took in the speech that he gave yesterday about the situation in Iraq. You can believe that those positions are inconsistent with positions that Kerry took earlier. But you cannot deny that people are talking about Iraq this morning, and unlike everything else about this campaign, Iraq would seem to be one issue that cannot be transformed into good news for Bush. (How did Bush turn his incomplete National Guard service into a reason to fire rather Dan Rather? He's good. He's so damn good.)
