I'm going to Disney World!
Hello! No, I still don't have my teaching certificate. No, I still don't have a second job. However, I did call the WV Department of Education today. The nice woman told me that I should be getting my teaching certificate in the next one to two weeks. That is very exciting, especially when I go into work at 4 today I am going to get chewed out, which is not very exciting. Oh well. I just need to think like a duck...and let the yelling roll off me and move on with my day. I just keep telling myself it's only a few more months. Hopefully I will be able to get a teaching job very soon after I get my certificate.
On another good note, I did my taxes earlier this week. I am getting enough money back to go to Disney World with Cassandra, Beth and Jenny! I am very excited for this vacation because I desperately need to get away from the BK world and all the drama involved in it. Being in the real world really sucks sometimes, and it makes me miss the comforts that Wesley-world provided. There are obviously a lot of things about the Bucktown that I don't miss, but I do miss having all my friends in one place, and I miss going out on the weekends, and hitting up Audrey's for Sunday brunch. I need to plan a trip to Buckhannon soon.
This weekend I think I am going to the movies. Unlike my sister, I am not hitting up any scary movies. The Wedding Date (I think that is the name of it) comes out Friday, so I think I might see that. It definitely looks like the kind of movie that I would like to watch. Well, I think that is enough rambling for now. More to come later!! :)
