The most exciting my life has gotten...
So the most important thing of the week: I think my ears have grown. It's true. I can fit a pen behind them now. So all you kiddies from high school that made fun of my small ears can stop now... they're a little below average!
Second, soooo about X-Fest. Mary and I went on Sunday to see what it was all about. I was DYING, it's true, to meet Papa Roach. I wanted to see them perform so bad because I can't stop staring at their lead singer when their video comes on tv. Well first we get there and come to find out they don't accept debit cards so we have to walk to the hospital all decked out in short skirts and all black to find a money machine. The odd thing was no one at the hospital stared at us... I'm sure they get much worse. So maybe it's not so odd. Anyway, there was shitload of boobs to be seen. The girls were flashing them left and right for beads... mind you these weren't normal boobs. They were white trash nasty boobs... *puke* for having seen them anyway. Also, there was more crowd surfing than the Warped Tour (except maybe for the My Chemical Romance set at the WT). This guy comes flying at Mary and I and well, we didn't have time to react and catch him, so he's all kicking his legs and smashes into Mary then proceedes to smash into the ground. Sounded/looked like it hurt. Plus Mary was bleeding so he musta hit her hard. So he just stands behind us with his arms all discontorted shaking... um, weird!! We had enough of bodies being thrown at us so we went and watched Hawthorne Heights a safe distance from the mosh pit. AMAZING! LoVE THEM! So them we get some water and listen to more bands and I'm like WHOA!! PAPA ROACH IS SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS AT 4:30!!! So we go and stand in line at 3:50... it was about 1/4 mile long, maybe longer, well it kept getting longer and longer. Eventually about 4:35 it starts moving like two inches. By the time Mary and I get to the turn stile things I notice a commmotion and look over... oooops there goes my lover and his band. They were done signing... so it's like 5:00 now... Seether is up to sign at 5:30... so we wait, and wait, and wait... watch Crossfade from line... then we get word that Seether is on stage with Crossfade since it's their last performance together and Seether won't be signing until 6. Well they finally show up at like 6:10 or something. It's been over 2 hours.We finally MET SEETHER!! One of the band memebers, John, kept staring at me from the table, so Mary and I eventually get up there and the guys were sooooo nice. John gave me this huge smile and we had a little conversation. When I walked away he gave me this massive smile and I almost died. So as I'm waiting for one of the other guys to sign I look down the table and John and someone else are staring at me... *big sigh* Anyway, that was like the highlight of that day beside watching Papa Roach perform! AMAZING!!! He's so HOTT!!!!
Onto the next big thing, Mary and I saw My Chemical Romance last Thursday with Alkaline Trio and Reggie and the FUll Effect. The show was AMAZING!!!! MARY AND I ENDED UP MEETING THE LEAD SINGER of REggie and the Full Effect, James. He was really cool. His mom is from Dayton and he told us how the cicadas kept him up alllll night when he came to visit her family. He talked about how they always wore dirty underwear during the Warped Tour and the tour they went on with SImple Plan. But somehow he got a free pair of underwear and it's the only underwear he's ever kept... I don't know, I was confused. So I guess they were sticking around Columbus after the show and were going to some bar near OSU, I forget which one, so I called my bro to see if we could stay with him but he never called back. JERK!!!
SO that's been the highlights of my last two weeks. I've been super stressed with school. This week hasn't been tooooo rough. This Friday Mary and I are going to see 5 certain bois we haven't seen in a long long long long long long time. So Courtney, BE READY!!!!! I can't wait to see you and the old gang again. I miss all of you!!
Oh and if I seem like my not normal self lately, it's because I'm really stressed out and tired... my throat has been hurting on and off for the last 3 weeks and I'm gaining weight but don't have the motivation or energy to work out. So I've been getting annoyed by everyone and everything. People have just been pissing me off lately. UGH! I suck at life right now. I'm trying to mend ties with a guy I messed things up with at the end of last year... I don't want to piss him off again or annoy him so I'm waiting for him to tell me what's up.
