My sister had emergency surgery today to remove her gall bladder. She was having chest pains and stomach problems due to a blocked gall bladder. Anyway, once they got the gall bladder out and looked at the stuff that was clogging it up it apparently is some sort of hereditary cholesterol. So, my parents told me if I have any pains in my right side then I should probably head to the doctor and get it checked out.
I was supposed to play beer baseball tonight but we started drinking before the game and I just got hammered instead and it was awesome.
School has been going pretty well but it is summer and classes feel weird during the summer. I hope I will be able to get an A in my statistics in this summer semester.
I have been on a diet now for 2 weeks and in those 2 weeks I have lost 6lbs which may not sound like a lot but I have been keeping it off. Apparently it is healthy to lose about 2 to 3 lbs a week which is what I have been doing. Hopefully by the end of this summer semester, I will be down to around 224 which would be about an 18lbs weight lose in 6 weeks. But, once school starts this fall I wanna be under 220 because I came into college at that weight.
I picked up NCAA Football 2006 and I can not wait till football season starts. I love football but not as much as I do hockey but I still love football. I feel that UCF will do pretty good this year and if not oh well it's still football season and I love going to the games and tailgating. Also, I can't wait for the NFL to start up because I know that the Falcons will have a good season and maybe make a run for the super bowl this year. We will see.
The NHL needs to comeback this year. I feel like I am the only fan that has not lost interest in the great sport of ice hockey and hope everyday that a deal is made so they can start playing this coming up season. Although, I have been reading some news reports and they two sides are close to a deal and one maybe made real soon which would be amazing. Ice hockey is the best sport that you can play and watch and watching ice hockey on TV does not do it justice because when you are in the arena and around 18,000 fans it's awesome. If the NHL does play this season I am definitely going to Tampa for some games and I will be going to some Thrashers games when I am back in Atlanta.
Anyway I am tired and not so drunk anymore so I am going to head to bed.

PS I have started a new blog at http://dmargol.blogspot.com and I kind of like it better than livejournal because it has the pay features from lj for free on it. But I will probably post the same posts in both until maybe one day i decide not to post in lj.
