More buttons on my phone that don't work:
(I define "don't work" as in I have to press very hard or more than once for it to register that I am hitting the button)

I would get a new phone, but there are two reasons I don't:
1. My Sprint plan is from back in the day when you could call them and say you want to cancel and they would give you a good plan for a good price. Changing my phone would mean losing that plan, and if I'm going to change plans, I'm not sticking with Sprint. Yes, I have compared service plans that are currently offered, and the price I pay now is still better.
2. Workplace restrictions. If I'm going to have an older model phone, I might as well use my green screen POS.
